ADOT expands its live chat to cover more MVD services

Visitors to the  Arizona Department of Transportation’s website have been able to live chat with an actual employee for more than a year. And now, customers seeking additional motor vehicle division services can work with agents online instead of going to a physical location. Bill Lamoreaux is an MVD spokesperson.
