Aether's Whisper - Calamity Mod Wiki

The Aether's Whisper is a unique craftable Godseeker Mode magic gun and ranged weapon hybrid. It shoots a laser beam that splits into smaller beams that travel through blocks on tile contact and inflicts shadowflame to enemies. The beams additively increase their damage by 0.5% of the weapon's damage for every frame they exist. Right-clicking fires the same laser beam, but it deals ranged damage instead of magic and it does not consume mana. The projectiles can inflict Shadowflame for 10 seconds
