The Baikingu Brunch takes places every Friday at Zuma in Dubai that is of course the immensely popular contemporary Japanese food destination in Dubai that continues to wow the crowds on a daily basis. As fans of the restaurant, we were delighted to be invited for a review of their newly relaunced Baikingu Brunch taking place every Friday afternoon and the buffet-style food is an elaborate spread across the sushi tables, including all our personal favorite sushi, sashmi and oysters. For those who don’t fancy raw food can head straight to the fiery robata grill area where there is an endless selection of delectable hot starters, skewers, sliders and vegetables. Everything is prepared meticulously, has an innovative twist and is bursting with flavour. Children are also allowed.
