The Blades of Athena were chained weapons that were bestowed to Kratos by Athena that functioned similar to the Blades of Chaos. They were the second pair of blades that Kratos wielded in the God of War series. Also known as "Athena's Blades", these weapons were seemingly identical to the Blades of Chaos when Kratos first received them in God of War (not chronologically).
