Choo-Choo Charles is the antagonist of his titular game and the GameToons episode, Choo-Choo Charles Origin Story. Charles is a demonic Hybrid who terrorizes the island the episode takes place on and kills its residents. Charles is a red train head engine with the limbs of a spider, white eyes with no irises or pupils, and a mouth with razor-sharp teeth and is covered in blood. His human appearance has pale skin, pastel pink coloured curly hair, a navy blue conductor uniform, blue and gold train
