Dr. Joseph Albert Nefario, better known simply as Dr. Nefario, is a major character in the Despicable Me franchise. He was voiced by Russell Brand, who also voiced Creek in Trolls, Dr. Zomboss in the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, and Mako in Under the Boardwalk.
