Insanity Sans is a Sans made by Zero Danteero and currently owned by UTF. In this AT Sans becomes corrupted and eventually murders everybody in the Underground, including his only brother, Papyrus. Gaster infects Sans with one of his DT experiments. Instead of altering his body, the determination alters his mind, removing crucial parts of it, namely Happiness, Confusion, Common Sense, and Empathy.
