RPG Maker MV - doesn't show full screen

I bought the RPG Maker MV Bundle From Steam to Windows, and after install the RPG Maker MV. after run the software, open a window, but the window does not have the buttons to maximize window or to close the window like the screenshot bellow,   and I dont found the Bundles resource, I dont know
