The bride decided this was the company she wanted us to order our bridesmaid dresses from as she loved the velvet terracotta fabric they have, though I did not have the best experience with the customer service. The company acts like they are going out of their way to provide great service but it is really mediocre at best and very stingy. I already didn't get a great first impression when I had to order 3 dresses to try-on to get free shipping yet had to pay for shipping on my $189 dress. Next after waiting for months for my dress, it arrived damaged. I emailed the company and they acted like it was no big deal and an easy fix, while this is true it should not have to be fixed in the first place. I was offered 25% refund just to cover cost of repair. Meanwhile I have to go find someone to fix it, drive there, and pick it up. For the amount that I paid for the dress I expect better quality product and better customer service. Also the company should trust their customers more, most people are not trying to scam you. I shouldn't have to give my measurements and excess information just to get a 25% refund to fix something that was, again, not my fault. I participated in the try-on program to ensure that my final dress would be the correct size. My item fits and it is not my fault that the product is poor quality. I'm sure this company is great if everything goes to plan but the slow turnaround time and strict final sale policy does not allow for much flexibility if the dress doesn't arrive as planned or wedding plans change.
