KANSAS CITY — Emerging and established brands are bringing new flavors to the ice cream category, drawing inspiration from breakfast foods, classic movies and more. While the standard vanilla, chocolate and cookies and cream top the list of consumers’ favorites, according to the International Dairy Foods Association, product developers have churned out imaginative indulgences over the past year. A recent example is the product of a partnership between Kraft Heinz Co. and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream to introduce limited-edition ice cream inspired by Kraft Macaroni . . .
