Swampy is a boss that was added in Update 1 along with Ouwohana. He uses the "Swamp Demon Art". You can take a quest from the "Policeman" In which you are asked to kill Swampy and bring the Policeman 4 Civilians. You can only take this quest at night and its level requirement is 105. This boss is easier to do with 2 people due to his long range making it hard to escape if you run out of Stamina or Breath. Swampy spawns at West of Wop City turning left near the Big fountain near Renpeke. Tier 3 C
