Very beautiful antique real sword from Muromachi ear about 1500, and certified as Taira Takada that means the blade was forged in the Higo Takada that is one of the major smith schools or groups of quality blade from old times. Registered as Hozon paper "Preservation Sword" by NBTHK (Japan Sword Preservation Society). There is no inscription on tang just like most TairaTakada school's blades don't have inscriptions.
