Forza motorsport 6: apex how to get premium edition need help on getting the DLC - Legacy Motorsport - Official Forza Community Forums

i played the game back in 07/23/2016.had to get a new pcI redownload the game and started to play it agen then I noticed the DLC and cant get any of the DLC i like to know how i can get the DLC to have and get the rest of my achievements i just stared to play the game agen today on 04/7/20 is it going to be up any time soon or am i stuck without it.?
