Does anyone else find it weird how there's a big number of regionals of both Kanto and Unova Pokemon with very little in the middle? : r/pokemon

Red- Kanto; Orange-Johto; Yellow-Hoenn; Sinnoh-Green; Unova-Blue; Kalos-lightblue; Alola-Indigo; Galar-Purple. - (These are listed by family not individuals. Ex: Gallade will be listed as hoenn bc that's where it's family is from)

This is a hell of a achievement, legitimately finish up a Pokemon Go regional Shiny dex, I've been working on my Shiny Kanto dex since Kanto Tour, today I finally completed it
