Need some help understanding Ven'ari Reputation - Customer Support

So I’m a bit confused here… I just reached Ambivalent reputation with Ven’ari as shown in this screenshot and I’ve done the quest Rule 6: Concealment is Everything, which is only available when you reach Ambivalent. But when I try to buy any of the reputation rewards I should have just unlocked, which according to this wowhead guide requires Ambivalent reputation: I can’t buy any of the rewards because it says I require ‘ambivalent reputation or higher’
