Victims identified three weeks after deadly car crash in Bedford County

Virginia State Police have released the identities of two people involved in a fatal car crash in Bedford County, almost three weeks after the event took place. The crash happened July 26 at around 8 p. m. on Route 460, about a quarter-mile east of Route 706. According to police, a 2017 Toyota Highlanderwas traveling west on Route 460 when it ran off the left side of the road into a ditch. The car then continuedacross the eastbound lanes and into an embankment.
